NNWLA will host a virtual substance abuse CLE during the lunch hour (12-1 p.m.) featuring Kristine Kuzemka, Nevada Lawyer Assistance Program Director. This CLE will be $15 for NNWLA members and $30 for non-members. Space is limited, so register soon! Register here.

December TBA

NNWLA will host a virtual legislative update CLE discussing bills that have been recently introduced and/or passed. Three speakers will discuss these developments in landlord/tenant law, family law, and criminal law. Registration will open when the date is finalized. Stay tuned!​

FORMER PRESIDENT AND OUTSTANDING WOMAN LAWYER RECIPIENT MIXER
Thank you to all of our former presidents and outstanding women lawyer award recipients who attended our inaugural former presidents' mixer/meeting on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. It was wonderful to mingle, and enjoy the company of women we haven’t seen for a long time. Attendees provided meaningful suggestions, constructive critiques, and innovative ideas to assist our current board in planning for the future of NNWLA. Special thank you to Fennemore Law for hosting this event. Minutes from this event will be uploaded onto NNWLA's website.

ABA SEEKS TO HELP WOMEN BUILD "GRIT"
The ABA is inviting women lawyers to participate in its 21-day challenge to help build the "grit and growth" mindset common among successful women lawyers. The challenge is part of the commission's Grit Project, which includes a toolkit, videos, a brief survey, and other resources.
