Legislative Luncheon: Important Issues from the 2017 Session Please join us on Tuesday, June 27th at noon for a luncheon featuring three northern Nevada legislators. Assemblywoman Amber Joiner (District 24), Senator Heidi Gansert (District 15), and Assemblywoman Jill Tolles (District 25) will be speaking at our June luncheon. We are fortunate to have local legislators available to speak with us about the important changes to Nevada law following this legislative session. This is sure to be a great event for all practitioners, so please mark your calendars and check back on our website's events page for more details regarding reserving your spot and the event location. For attorney moms, it can be especially challenging juggling both parenthood and lawyering. But, remember that you can use your stealth lawyering skills at home too. Law Day 2017 Highlighting the 14th Amendment The American Bar Association is celebrating Law Day on May 1, 2017. This year's theme is: "The 14th Amendment: Transforming American Democracy."
